From a Community Idea to a Registered Institute
Lowveld Institute was established in 2014 by a group of young graduates and community members with a shared vision of creating equitable opportunities for all. What began as a grassroots initiative aimed at addressing youth & Adults unemployment in the Lowveld region has evolved into a respected driver of social and economic development. Guided by community needs and supported by dedicated volunteers, the Institute has empowered hundreds of young people with the skills, confidence, and readiness required to successfully enter the workforce.
In 2022, Lowveld Institute reached a significant milestone by formally registering as an accredited institute. This advancement enabled the organization to strengthen its programs, broaden its reach, and amplify its impact across South Africa.
